theme for World Leaders
With
growing concern we see how the world leaders fail to agree on the
solution which has already so much proved:
On
the cooperation of most of the world, when it faces the greatest
danger that had ever threatened: Now the terrorism using nuclear
weapons or the humanitarian catastrophe caused by one of the two most
armed superpowers trying to dominate a neutral surroundings of the
other one or being pressed to such a step by other statesmen.
Although both the main leaders should recognize that increasing
tensions unnecessarily increases the risk of accidental triggering
the worst disaster because gaining dominion over whole the world is
now impossible. Moreover, a loss of competition would have been very
harmful for all the mankind.
Please
remind the result of cooperation of the Soviet Union, the USA, Great
Britain, France, Czechoslovakia and other countries in the fight
against Hitler
and
his allies. And that now we can build something better than the Cold
War, though it at least rescued the world from the nuclear suicide.
Now we can build on the Partnership for Peace that has yet been
agreed.
We
believe that such a cooperation is achievable again, if you find
officially the viewpoint of the other leaders concerning cooperation
in the sense of the following query and begin to actively
authenticate the cooperation by creating the joint
elite troops.
We
hope that our themes of partial solutions from our description of
a possible
scenario for development of the world and
links from it to (translated and) then updated text
to Ukraine
and
to
Syria can
serve as inspiration for the cooperation.

NATO and the Russian Federation respectively SCO would jointly offer
to governments and anti-government fighters in Ukraine and Syria
to
cooperate. So that

the cooperation can raise the good result of cooperation of the
Soviet Union, the USA, Great Britain, France, Czechoslovakia and
other countries in the fight against Hitler and his allies, but focus
on a lasting peaceful coexistence in the sense of the Partnership for
Peace.

establishing government based on the result

we understand the promise of the President Putin and the President
Assad); all under the control of those joint NATO and the Russian
Federation respectively SCO. So that

the neutrality and resolution of ethnic disputes in Syria will be
guaranteed by the Russian Federation respectively SCO jointly with
NATO.

So that it can raise the result of the mentioned cooperation, but
focus on a lasting peaceful coexistence in the sense of the
Partnership for Peace.
