    S rostoucí obavou sledujeme, jak se nejvyšší světoví představitelé nedokáží domluvit na řešení, které se už jednou tolik osvědčilo:
Na spolupráci většiny světa, když musí čelit největšímu nebezpečí, které mu kdy hrozilo: Teď terorizmu s použitím nukleárních zbraní a nebo humanitární katastrofě vzniklé tím, že se jedna z nejničivěji vyzbrojených velmoci snaží rozšířit svou vojenskou dominanci nad neutrální okolí té druhé nebo je k takovému kroku dotlačována dalšími státníky. I když oba hlavní představitelé by měli uznat, že zvyšování napětí zbytečně zvětšuje riziko náhodného spuštění nejhorší katastrofy, protože získat vládu nad celým světem teď nejde. Kromě toho by ztráta konkurence byla pro celé lidstvo moc škodlivá. 
    With growing concern we see how the world leaders fail to agree on the solution which has already so much proved:
On the cooperation of most of the world, when it faces the greatest danger that had ever threatened: Now the terrorism using nuclear weapons or the humanitarian catastrophe caused by one of the two most armed superpowers trying to dominate a neutral surroundings of the other one or being pressed to such a step by other statesmen. Although both the main leaders should recognize that increasing tensions unnecessarily increases the risk of accidental triggering the worst disaster because gaining dominion over whole the world is now impossible. Moreover, a loss of competition would have been very harmful for all the mankind.

   Prosíme připomeňte si výsledek spolupráce Sovětského svazu, USA, Velké Británie, Francie, Československa a dalších států v boji proti Hitlerovi a jeho spojencům. A že teď můžeme vytvořit něco lepšího než studenou válku, i když i ta aspoň zachránila svět před nukleární sebevraždou. Teď můžeme navázat na Partnerství pro mír, už sjednané.
   Věříme, že takovou spolupráci je možno dosáhnout zase, když se oficielně zeptáte dalších těch vedoucích politiků na jejich postoj ke spolupráci ve smyslu následujícího dotazu a tu možnost spolupráce si budete aktivně ověřovat tím vytvářením společných elitních vojenských jednotek včetně zpravodajských jednotek kybernetického boje a chemických jednotek. Doufáme, že vám mohou být inspirací i náměty dílčích řešení z našeho popisu možného scénáře vývoje světa a odkazů z něj do aktualizovaných k Ukrajině a k Sýrii.
   Please remember the result of the cooperation between the Soviet Union, the USA, Great Britain, France, Czechoslovakia and other countries in the fight against Hitler and his allies. Also, now we can build on something better than the cold war (although it did at least rescued the world from nuclear suicide). Now we can build on the Partnership for Peace that has yet been agreed.
   We believe that such a cooperation is achievable again, if you find officially the viewpoint of the other leaders concerning cooperation in the sense of the following query and begin to actively authenticate the cooperation by creating the joint elite troops including intelligence units cyberwarfare and chemical units. We hope that our themes of partial solutions from our description of a possible scenario for development of the world and links from it to updated and translated text to Ukraine and to Syria can serve as inspiration for the cooperation.

    - NATO by nabídlo Ruské federací resp. ŠOS první fázi vzájemné kontroly vojenských zařízení: přítomnost pozorovatelů ŠOS na radarových a odpalovacích základnách rozmisťovaných teď v jižní Koreji.
    - NATO would offer the Russian Federation or the whole SCO the first phase of Mutual supervision of military facilities: the presence of SCO observers on radar and firing bases deployed now in South Korea.

   - NATO and the Russian Federation or the whole SCO would jointly offer to governments and anti-government fighters in Ukraine and Syria  to cooperate. So that
   - the cooperation can hopefully repeat and improve the good result of cooperation of the Soviet Union, the USA, Great Britain, France, Czechoslovakia and other countries in the fight against Hitler and his allies, this means to focus on a lasting peaceful coexistence in the sense of the Partnership for Peace.

   - Vláda Ukrajiny spolu s NATO by nabídla:
    - Ruské federaci, že jí umožní bezproblémový přístup k základnám Ruské federace v Černém moři a používání těch základen.
     - pokračování stavu, kdy Ukrajina byla neutrální; s tím, že
       - tu neutralitu a řešení národnostních sporů na Ukrajině bude garantovat Ruská federace resp. ŠOS ve spolupráci s NATO. Tak, aby navázali na tu zmíněnou spolupráci a zaměřili se pak na trvalé mírové soužití ve smyslu Partnerství pro mír.
     - Připustí-li Ruská federace na Krymu i tu základnu NATO (snad reciproční dohodou o vytvoření takové základny ŠOS v blízkosti USA, např. zase na Kubě) budou na ní stále přítomni pozorovatelé Ruské federace a NATO bude mít své pozorovatele na těch ruských základnách.
   - The government of Ukraine and NATO would offer:
     - to the Russian Federation a seamless approach to the bases of the Russian Federation at the Black Sea and use of those bases.
     - continuation of the Ukrainean neutrality so that
        - the neutrality and resolution of ethnic disputes in Ukraine will be guaranteed by the Russian Federation or the whole SCO jointly with NATO. So that it can hopefully repeat and improve the good result of the mentioned cooperation, this means to focus on a lasting peaceful coexistence in the sense of the Partnership for Peace.
     - If the Russian Federation admits the NATO base at the Crimea (perhaps by a reciprocal agreement on the establishment of such a SCO base near the USA, for example again at Cuba), Russian Federation observers will still be present at the NATO base, and NATO will have its observers on those Russian bases.

   - Vláda Sýrie by nabídla:
     - neutralitu Sýrie v tom smyslu, že bude plně spolupracovat se spojenými NATO a Ruskou federací resp. ŠOS s cílem,
     - že po válce na jejím území
          - uspořádá pod kontrolou těch spojených NATO a Ruské federace resp. ŠOS v Sýrii svobodné volby a zavedení vlády podle výsledku těch voleb (tak rozumíme slibu pana prezidenta Putina a pana prezidenta Asada) s cílem, že
         - Sýrie bude dlouhodobě neutrální; s tím, že
        - tu neutralitu a řešení sporů v Sýrii bude garantovat Ruská federace resp. ŠOS ve spolupráci s NATO. Tak, aby navázali na tu zmíněnou spolupráci a zaměřili se pak na trvalé mírové soužití ve smyslu Partnerství pro mír.
   - The government of Syria would offer:
       - Syria neutrality in the sense that it will cooperate fully with the combined NATO and the Russian Federation or the whole SCO aimed that
         - after the war on its territory it will organize free elections and establishing a government based on its result (so we understand the promise of the President Putin and the President Assad); all under the control of those joint NATO and the Russian Federation or the whole SCO. So that
      - the neutrality and resolution of ethnic disputes in Syria will be guaranteed by the Russian Federation or the whole SCO jointly with NATO.
       - So that it can hopefully repeat and improve the good result of the mentioned cooperation, this means to focus on a lasting peaceful coexistence in the sense of the Partnership for Peace.

Jako výraz oboustranné dobré vůle a zároveň pro průběžnou kontrolu té rovnováhy by NATO a ŠOS pořádaly vojenské olympijské hry, kde by jejich týmy soutěžily ve vojenských disciplínách podobně jako v desetiboji.
Pro podstatnější stránku té kontroly, pro vývoj techniky a pro účinné varování lidstva před skutečnými možnostmi současné vojenské techniky by také NATO a ŠOS pořádalo, asi zase uprostřed některého oceánu a nepříliš často, bojovou obdobu olympijských her dálkově řízených plně vyzbrojených letadlových lodí. To varování by tak mohlo být ještě účinnější než při (nutně společně vedených) testech techniky odklánění asteroidu či jádra komety, jak jsem o nich psal přírodovědci2.
   As an expression of mutual goodwill and for ongoing checking the balance, NATO and SOS would organize military Olympic Games where their teams would compete in military disciplines, as in the decathlon.
   For a more important aspect of this checking, for technology development and for effective warning of mankind against the realities of current military technology, NATO and the SOS would also, in the midst of an ocean and not very often, organize a combat analogy of the Olympic Games of remote-controlled, fully armed aircraft carriers. This warning could be even more effective than the (necessarily jointly made) tests of the deflection technique of an asteroid or a comet core as I wrote about it to the scientist2.
